Cinnamon Rolls or French Bread

Half the recipe for one large loaf of French Bread

4 T Yeast

6 T Sugar

2 T Salt

5 C hot tap water

2/3 C Oil

12 C Flour


Stir together half of the flour, sugar, salt & yeast. Then add water & oil, stir.

Mix in remaining flour.

Stir every 10 minutes 5 times (50 minutes) then dough is ready to use.

For French bread turn dough onto floured surface and shape.


Heat oven to 400*

Cinnamon Rolls—16 minutes

French Bread—16-20 minutes


Frosting

1 bag of powdered sugar

½ cube of butter

½ C of shortening

dash of salt

3t vanilla

beat well

add milk to spread able consistency
